***Join me over at my new blog: Life a la Mode***
These took a crazy long time to do. Thankfully I had the help of all the lovely people involved in (the now) Mrs. W's wedding. They did make lovely centerpieces though!
Here's one that's not a vintage process just so you can see some detail.
I love how you colored the roses! The pearls add an elegant touch, too :) Wonderful job!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lauren :-)!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lizzy . Just checked out your blog and your wreath looks great. And we have the same bookcases from Target. Must be that great minds think alike ;-).
ReplyDeleteomg, i cannot believe you made 8 of these!!! i am in the process of making one wreath and it is KILLING ME. so time consuming! your roses are perfect and gorgeous. amazing job!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather, these are beautiful! I'm getting married next spring and would love to do something similar ( but maybe on a smaller scale as I only have 5 months to plan my wedding and not sure I can spend half of that time making paper roses!) You mentioned a PDF file on Stephanie Lyn's blog - do you still have it by any chance for me to see? I'd be really grateful!! Sabs x
ReplyDeleteHi Sabs, yes I still have the PDF file! I'm happy to send it to you. If you leave another comment with your email address, since I moderate the comments, I'll see it but I won't publish the comment, I'll just delete it so your email won't appear on my blog :-). BTW, congratulations on your wedding :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great job! I'm your newest follower! Can't wait to see what you tackle next.

ReplyDeleteHello, this is beautiful and I would love to do this for a baby shower i am throwing, do you sill have the instructions? Thank you so much, my email is babs007xoxo@hotmail.com. I am so excited to see how you got the blush pink to look so settle! Also, do you think this would look good if I was to print pages out instead of ripping up a book? Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely! As soon as I saw it, I went out and tried it to recreate something similar. It's not nearly as beautiful as yours but I gave it a shot.
ReplyDeleteI posted it on my blog and referenced back to your post.
You can check it out here if you want:

This is absolutely beautiful. Is there anyway I can get instructions on how to make these? I am looking to make approximatley 10 but a little smaller in size for a baptism. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! I saw on a comment you made on another blog that you have PDF instructions for these. Could you please send me those? Thanks so much! melissaclark(at)tx(dot)rr(dot)com
ReplyDeleteHi, I echo what the others have said these are amazing. I am worried though as I am about to offer a friend to make these for her wedding reception as she is on a tiny budget, but I may regret the time involved ;)
ReplyDeleteIf you could send me the PDF I'd appreciate it. nikkirough@hotmail.co.uk
